Shipping Policy – DDPF®

All orders placed with DDPF® are processed within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping times vary depending on location, carrier, and seasonal demand.

DDPF® is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

DDPF® is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once the carrier marks the order as delivered.
